Embedded Software Developer (m/f/d)

We are searching for an embedded software developer. You will support the development of the software packages for a new product including wireless connectivity via BLE and LTE channels. You will have an opportunity to design, architect, and implement IoT functionality into a jewelry device enabling empowerment and safety.

Your Tasks

​

• Design and implementation of firmware for SoC bring up, validation, and test

• Enhancing and maintaining the development and debug environments, tools, and methodologies

• Write high-quality structured bare-metal software for embedded applications

• Designing, coding, and testing features of an IoT device

• Test connected devices to prove their abilities and limitations regarding configuration, security, and efficacy

Your Profile

 

• Experience in embedded software, including debugging and characterization

• Experience with wireless connectivity SoC (BLE, LTE from Nordic)

• Experience in programming languages such as: C, C++, Python, etc.

• Experience using laboratory equipment (e.g., logic analyzer, digital oscilloscope)

• Experience reading and working from device and board schematics

• Understanding of radio system design, simulation, and characterization

• Knowledge of wireless standards and protocols

• Experience implementing connected devices

Assembly & Testing Manager (m/f/d)

​

We are searching for an assembly and testing manager. You will support the new product development, sustain operations, and ensure the contract manufacturer's readiness for high-volume production. You will set up the test procedures together with a software team to develop the approach for testing and assembly. You will bring your expertise to drive all technical operational issues related to product integration and test processes to ensure effective closure of all issues to enable the operational success of the entire new product introduction cycle.

Your Tasks:

​

• ​Facilitate production of electrical and mechanical components of hardware

• Set up and assemble, test and install hardware

• Perform testing campaigns according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (electrical and mechanical engineers) and operations to efficiently build parts on schedule

• Assess design requirements and production feasibility, revise production processes, procedures and equipment

• Drive design for manufacturing and assembly during new product development and improvement cycles

• Conduct tests with electronics, solder & assemble PCBs, test PCBs

• Perform minor SW updates

• Conduct assembly and test procedures of the bracelet

Your Profile:

• ​BS or higher in engineering discipline

• At least 1+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing

• Excellent project management skills

• Utilises a hands-on approach to engineering and problem-solving

• Direct experience supporting functional engineering teams a plus (ME, EE, TE, DFX, etc.)

• Shown bottom line project management experience (Planning, Cost & Delivery)

• Required to understand and tolerance stack ups for assemblies and part level

• Desire and ability for problem solving and debugging

• Experience in introducing products into manufacturing, or high volume production is a large plus

• Knowledge of Altium designer and Fusion 360

Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)

​

We are looking for someone who is passionate about engineering and design. The role will require the ability to handle multiple project parts simultaneously (prototyping, production, manufacturer communications) with demanding schedule requirements. A proven ability to deliver design solutions while balancing multiple priorities is key. Experience in working closely with suppliers is important as well.

• Sketching of design solutions for wearable devices

• Prototyping and testing of design hypothesis

• CAD development based on sketches, renders preparation

• Manufacturing files preparation, organization of production, communication with manufacturers and support throughout the process

Your Profile

​

• Engineering degree (Mechanical / Aerospace / Mechatronics) with relevant professional experience

• Working knowledge of 3D CAD modeling systems and workflow (fusion 360), production files generation knowledge

• Expert knowledge of drafting best practices

• A thorough understanding of stress-strain relationships, static mechanics (determinate and indeterminate 
systems)

• An understanding of kinematics and mechanism design

• An understanding of metal and plastic materials science, and wear principles

• Working understanding of plastic part design, molded part design

• Solid knowledge of Fusion 360

• Understanding of materials and coatings

• Experience with wearables and jewelery is desirable

​

We are searching for a hardware developer with solid electrical and basic programming skills. You will drive technical projects, from prototypes to mass production. Specifically, you will design rigid flex PCB schematics, guide layout, and debug PCB boards. Experience working in a wearable segment is desiarable

Your Tasks

​

• Design and development of electrical circuits, calculation of components

• Procurement of components and BOM selection

• Development of schematics

• Prototyping and design verification

• Layout development for flex rigid PCB and production files preparation

• Development of test software to verify the PCB integrity

Your Profile

​

• 1+ years work experience

• A degree in electrical engineering

• Hands on experience with schematics, PCB layout, oscilloscope debugging, EMC, power management

• Experience with: embedded systems and various communication protocols (example: SPI, I2C, UART, MIPI, DSI, DP)

• Experience with consumer electronics

• Experience with IoT SoCs: bluetooth modules, LTE modems, GPS modules

• Soldering and debugging skills
